| 摘 要： | 面对多元化的社会冲突与构建和谐社会的大背景,在回顾和谐管理理论的基础上,构造了一个在复杂多变环境下基于智能体的心理偏好和行为模式的和谐机制,指出智能体心理偏好和行为模式变化有一定的滞后性,和谐管理就是要改造和实现一定的心理偏好和行为模式;构建社会主义和谐社会,应该实现社会智能体“以人为本”心理偏好和行为模式。

| Abstract: | On the background of multiplex social conflicts and constructuring harmonious society,and reviewing the theory of harmonious management,the paper has constructed a harmonious mechanism based on mental preference and behavior patterns for the brainowners.It is indicated that there is a certain hysteresis in the change of mental preference and behavior patterns of them.Harmonious management means to construct and realize a certain mental preference and behaved patterns.To construct a socilalist harmonious society,it is needed to achieve the mental preference and behavior patterns of brainowners with the people as the key role. |
