论大学新生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的有效途径

大学新生的自我意识和独立意向非常明显，对自我价值的追求逐渐凸现，在新生中开展自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的活动对新生的思想政治教育具有重要的作用。通过增设课程教学实践、高年级学生联系新生宿舍制度、学生干部队伍或学生社团集体导向、手机网络平台交流、社会实践体验等途径来帮助新生进行自我教育、自我管理和自我服务，以提高新生自身综合素质和能力。

The Research on the Effective Ways of Self-education,Self-management and Self-service of the Freshmen

The freshmen have distinctive self-consciousness and independence, and possess more desire for self-value than ev-er before. To develop the self-education, self-management and self-service of the freshmen, it is very important to the ideological and political education. Through ways like more advanced teaching and practicing course, system in which the fellowship would built up between senior students＆#39;dormitory and freshmen＆#39;s, guidance from student leaders and student society, communication from cell-phone network, social practical experience and etc., we could help the freshmen to improve their comprehensive skills and abilities in self-education, self-management and self-service.
