| 摘 要： | 作者对TARGET模式的理论依据、基本结构进行了探讨,并将其用于护理学基础的教学实践,分别就任务设计、权力分配、肯定方式、小组安排、评估活动、时间分配六个基本要素的实施策略进行了设计。实践证明该模式更有利于激发学生积极的学习动机,特别适用于护理学基础这类实践性、技术性较强的学科教学。

| Abstract: | This essay discusses the theoretical basis and basic structure of the TARGET mode,and devised the implementary strategies of its six elements,namely,task design,power allocation,recognition mode,group arrangement,assessment activities and time allocation.TARGET mode has proved effective to stimulate students' studying motivation,especially suitable for the teaching of practical and technical subjects as basic nursing. |
