| 摘 要： | 《行政许可法》将听证制度纳入有利于保护当事人的利益,但关于听证的规定也存在亟待完善之处,如听证事项没有具体化,听证范围过小,依职权听证的性质难以确定等,这些都值得我们进一步研究和探讨。

| Abstract: | The law of administrative license includes the jury system in order to protect the rights of the clients,but clear lines are to be laid down for the improvement of the jury system.We need to carry on further research on such areas as the specification of jury items,the narrow scope of the jury and the determination of size the jury according to authority of office. |
