| 摘 要： | 环境伦理学将原来仅限于人与人之间才有的道德关系扩展到自然界,承认自然的价值和权利,实现了伦理观的新的变革,并由此催生了环境立法。这种转变了的伦理价值观逐渐成为人类环境立法的重要理念基础,也是环境法治得以实施的道德前提和精神支撑。
