| 摘 要： | 中小企业在国民经济的发展中有着重要的意义。如何搞好中小企业 ,实现中小企业的可持续发展 ,是我国经济体制改革和企业改革中的重要内容。从中小企业可持续发展的理论依据、有利环境、制约因素分析以及进行机制创新搞好中小企业的发展等几方面的研究和探索来看 ,我国中小企业要可持续发展 ,必须进行机制创新。

| Abstract: | The SME has rital importance in the national economic development. How to run SMES well and how to realize SMEs' sustainable development are the most important content of the economic reform and the enterprise reform. This paper proposes practical policy suggestions through the following research and probe: the theoretical grounds of the SME's sustainable development, advantageous circumstance & restraint factors and the innovation of the SME's mechanism. |
