论消费适度与资源节约

人口持续膨胀，资源供给日益短缺和环境污染不断加剧，已严重地威胁到人类社会的可持续发展，而造成诸此状态的主要原因，在于人口压力及其物质消费追求驱动下的不可持续的消费和生产模式，因此，倡导物质消费的适度和消费结构的合理转移，以及借助现代科学技术和社会调控机制促进产业结构与生产方式的快速转变，是摆脱当代发展危机和实现我国乃至全球可持续发展的最重要途径，于是，深入探讨适度消费和资源节约的内涵及其实践途径是本文的关键所在。

Optimum Consumption of Population and Saving Resource in Production

The population growth, resource shortage and environmental pollution have threatened the sustainable development of society being. The reasons that caused these are the pressure of the population growth and the model of the unsustainable consumption and production that are driven by man's pursuit on the material consumption. This paper thinks that the reasonable material consumption and the optimum consumptive structure with promoting the fast changes of the industrial structure and the productive mode by the modern science and technology and social controlling mechanism are the most important ways to break through the current developmental crisis and realize the sustainable development of China and even the world. And then, the paper discusses the inter-connotations of the optimum consumption and the saving in production and puts forward their practical approaches.
