| 摘 要： | 文章针对农业订单履约率低这一实际问题,应用不完全合约理论,根据农业生产及经营的特点,对农业订单这一合约形式的不完全性进行了分析。进而探讨了由于信息不完全和不对称而导致的签约主体在各种情形下的败德行为。最后提出了一些从根本上提高农业订单履约率的有益建议。

| Abstract: | Focus on the fact of low implementation of agricultural orders, the paper analyses the incompleteness of agricultural contracts from perspective of agricultural production by incomplete contract theory, and then further discuss the related immoral behaviors due to the incomplete and asymmetry of information. In the end the author propose some suggestions concerning the improvement of agricultural orders' implementation from root. |
