| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出，充分体现了马克思主义与时俱进的理论品格和中国共产党求真务实的科学精神，它具有深刻的历史渊源和丰富的内涵。科学发展观是在借鉴国外社会发展理论和实践经验、在总结我国建国后的社会发展理论和实践成果的基础上逐步形成的。科学发展观的内涵十分丰富，其中，以人为本是其本质和核心，全面、协调和可持续发展是其基本原则和主要内容，统筹兼顾是其根本要求，五个统筹是其具体体现。

| Abstract: | Scientific Outlook on Development,endowed with deep historical origin and abundant connotations,fully embodies Marxist theory of keeping abreast of the times and the scientific spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic upheld by the Communist Party of China.It comes into shape on the basis of making reference to the overseas theories and practical experience on social development,and summarizing our own theories and practice after the foundation of P.R.China.The Outlook is rich in connotations where human-centeredness is its essence and core,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development is its basic principle and primary content,giving overall consideration is its fundamental requirement and Five Coordinations are its concrete expressions. |
