| 摘 要： | 该研究通过对14所普通高中、15所职业中学704名教师的问卷调查,将普通高中、职业中学教师的教学效能感和工作压力对教师职业枯竭的预测作用进行了比较,结果表明:第一,工作压力对普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭具有显著的预测作用,但是存在差异;第二,教学效能对普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭都具有显著的预测作用,但是存在差异;第三,通过对工作压力和教学效能的联合考察,能够更好地预测普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭。 |

| Abstract: | Altogether 704 teachers from 14 high schools and 15 vocational schools are investigated by a questionnaire on comparison of the predicting effect of their teaching efficiency and working stress on their occupation exhaustion.The result shows that,firstly the working stress takes on distinct predicting effect on the teachers' occupation exhaustion,but variation does exist.Secondly,the things are similar with that of teaching efficiency.And finally,investigation of teaching efficiency and working stress can better predict teachers' occupation exhaustion. |
