房地产企业绿色营销策略探讨

摘    要:科技进步为人类带来巨大物质财富的同时也带来了生存危机,随着消费者对高品质生活的追求,人们对健康安全和绿色的生存环境产生了渴望。在生态文明时代,企业欲谋求生存发展之道,应树立以环境保护为导向的绿色环保营销观念。房地产绿色环保营销在房地产业的运用和实践体现出了多个策略的组合,若要房地产开发企业取得可持续发展权,需要走绿色环保营销之路。

Abstract:Progress of science and technology brings us great material wealth as well as the crisis of survival. As consumers long for high quality of life, people in health and safety and green living environment have a higher desire. In this era of ecological civilization, to seek survival and development of enterprises, it is expected to establish an orientation to environmental protection and a concept of green marketing. Real estate green marketing in the real estate industry practice embodies the combination of multiple strategies so that real estate enterprises can enjoy sustainable development via green road.
