| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,延安产业在发展过程中 ,过份依赖于石油资源的开发 ,忽略了具有相对比较优势的土地资源的开发利用 ,因此 ,没有能够利用丰富的土地资源发展具有地区优势的特色农产品及其相应的加工工业 ,形成了单一化的石油经济 ,导致了经济发展中结构性矛盾突出 ,生态环境问题严重 ,经济整体效益低 ,影响着经济发展质量和可持续性发展。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening,Yan'an has not been able to make effective use of the land resources to develop local agricultural products or related processing industries because of excessive dependence on oil resources and neglect of its comparatively rich land resources.The dependence on oil resources resulted in the simplified oil economy,unbalance on structures,serious ecological problems,and low economic benefits,which produced the negative effects on economic quality and sustainable development. |
