| 摘 要： | 针对大学生这一特殊群体所开展的休闲教育,是国民休闲教育的重要组成部分。实施大学生休闲教育是顺应时代发展的客观要求,是回归教育本质的内在要求,同时也是克服休闲异化的现实需求。在教育实践中,主要应实施休闲意识教育,引导学生认识休闲;实施休闲技能教育,指导学生学会休闲;实施休闲伦理教育,励导学生健康休闲。为了确保大学生休闲教育取得明显成效,学校还应以环境建设为先导,营造休闲教育氛围;以学科建设为载体,搭建休闲教育平台;以理论建设为支撑,深化休闲教育研究。
