社会排斥与中国农村贫困再生产机制关系探析

中国农村贫困长期处于恶性循环与代际传递之中,形成了贫困再生产机制,其根源就在于这些社会排斥并未消除。要彻底消除农村贫困,实现建成小康的社会主义和谐社会的宏伟蓝图,促进社会公正与社会融合,关键在于必须从根本上消除政策体制性社会排斥,还农村社会一种公正、公平的经济、政治、文化、社会和法律环境。

The Relationship between Exclusion from the Society and Poverty Reproduction Mechanism in Rural Area in China

The problem of poverty in China's rural area has become a reproduction mechanism because of a long time of vicious recycling and transfer among generations.The deep-rooted cause lies in the fact that exclusion from the society has stayed untouched.Only the institutional exclusion have been eliminated,a fair,equitable circumstance of economy,politics,culture,society and legislation in rural area has been created,can the rural poverty be get rid of and the blueprint of building a well-to-do harmonious socialist society be realized.So can the social fairness and justice be promoted.
