Discussion on the Formation of the Ancient Drama and National Cultural Fusion

There are two important periods of the formation of the ancient drama.A batch of ancient dramas appeared in the Sixteen Countries and Northern dynasties which promoted the flourishing of the Tang dynasty ancient drama,then formed the main stream art symbolized by the Canjun play.It accelerated the art progress of ancient drama evidently.In the Jin and Yuan dynasties the prairie nomadic culture entered the Central Plains,which impelled the fusion of Jin yuan ben,Zhugongdiao and alien music.So the ancient drama has formally come into being marked by the Yuan dynasty drama.Both the Jin,Yuan dynasties and the Sixteen Countries and Northern dynasties are the important periods when the culture of all nations merged together.The formation of the ancient drama is the artistic crystallization of national cultural fusion.
