环境公益诉讼制度研究

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,环境问题日趋严重.环境恶化、生态危机不仅严重威胁着人们的生命财产安全,甚至影响整个人类的生存和发展.目前单一的行政监管环境模式争现行法律制度,由于存在着种种缺陷.不足以对环境形成周全的保护,因此环境公益诉讼制度的构建显得日益迫切.本文在对环境公益诉讼制度进行阐释之后,提出了在我国构建环境公益诉讼制度的具体建议.

Investigation of Environment Public Litigation System

Along with the fast development of our national society and economy, the environment problem is gradually serious. Environment worsening and ecosystem crisis not only seriously threaten people's life and property safety, but also influence the whole personal existence and development. But because the currently single administrative supervision mode and legal system have various blemishes, they can't provide a comprehensive protection for the environment. So the construction of environment public litigation system seems to be day by day urgent. After expatiating on the environment public litigation system, this article will give idiographic suggestions to the construction of our country's environment public litigation system.
