| 摘 要： | 股市被喻为是反映宏观经济状况的"晴雨表".然而,我国经济强劲增长,股市却长期萎靡不振,实体经济和虚拟经济相背离反映中国股市具有弱的"晴雨表"功效.造成这一现象的根本原因是由我国股市政策变化引起的.本文分析了我国目前的行政审批的准入制度、难以摘牌的退市制度、不透明的信息披露制度以及不相容的激励机制存在的缺陷,并提出解决问题的根本途径是制度创新. |

| Abstract: | The stock market is regarded as the "weatherglass"of the macroeconomic station.In China,economic increases rapidly while the stock market develops slowly.Economic breaks up stock market "weatherglass" is weak.The essential reason is the policy of our stock market.The paper discusses the shortcoming in admission system,the negating system,the information system and the encouraging system,pointing out that creating in system is the essential method to solve the problem. |
