| 摘 要： | 消费信贷的发展是国民经济持续均衡增长和现代商业银行做大做强的必然选择,但我国商业银行在发展消费信贷过程中遇到了信贷制度不完善、居民消费意愿不高、消费政策缺位以及消费市场建设滞后等诸多不利因素。商业银行必须适应市场需求,改善服务环境,健全运营机制,加强风险防范,发挥合作优势,拓展农村市场,构建多层次消费信贷体系,积极推进消费信贷市场的稳健运行。
