| 摘 要： | 只有科学技术的进步,才能不断更新生产力诸要素的内容,并使之实现新的平衡,从而达到一个更高的发展水平。管理可以使生产力诸要素实现优化组合,合理调整生产关系,保证生产活动顺利进行。而科学技术则是管理现代化的依据和保证。积累是扩大再生产的源泉,科学技术则是提高劳动生产率,加速积累的强有力的杠杆。现代科学技术的进步决定着生产的发展方向,为生产力的发展开辟了广阔的道路。

| Abstract: | It is none other than the progress in science and technology that is capable ofcontinuously renewing the factors of productive forces,enabling them to reach afresh state of balance,and thus achieving a higher standard of development.Mana-gement can serve for an optimized combination of the factors of productive forces,rationally adjusting the production relations and ensuring a smooth operation of pro-duction.However,science and technology constitute the basis and guarantee for themodernization of management.Accumulation is the source for expanded reproduc-tion;while scitech is a powerful lever serving to enhance the labour productivity andspeed up the accumulation.The progress of modern scitech determines the directionfor the development of production and is opening vast vistas for the development ofproductive forces. |
