| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国民营中小企业的现状与存在的问题,提出其原因在于民营企业缺乏合理的产权制度与先进的管理制度体系.并根据我国民营中小企业的特点,创新地引入业务流程的概念构建其管理制度体系.文章采用流程优化与分析手段,提出以业务流程为主线的民营中小企业管理制度体系构建方法与管理制度体系框架.

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the problem and actuality of private corporation in our nations, indicates its reason is lack of management institution and property right system in these corporation. Because of its peculiarity, this paper then inducts the concepts of business process in its management institution system building. Using the method of process optimizing, it puts forward the method and structure of management institution system in private corporation. |
