词汇知识框架理论与大学英语词汇教学策略

摘    要:基于词汇知识框架理论内涵基础上,从词的频率与语域、词的书写形式与语法行为、词的语义关系和语义联想、词的意义和词的搭配以及词的选择及句法关系与词的语域相关性等五方面探讨了词汇知识框架理论各方面的内在关联性,提出了教师应选择使用频率高、语域标记性较低的词汇,关注词汇语法功能和派生方式,采用分级教学,引导学生注意词汇使用的适当性等词汇教学策略,旨在丰富大学英语词汇教学方法、提高词汇教学效率。

Abstract:Based on the framework of word knowledge theory, this paper has analyzed the interrelatedness among the various aspects of word knowledge within the framework from the following five aspects: frequency and register of the word, written form and grammatical behavior of the word, sense relation and associations of the word, meaning and collocation of the word, register and syntactical relation of the word, and proposed several corresponding strategies for the College English vocabulary teaching and learning with an aim to enrich the methods of vocabulary teaching and thus to improve the effectiveness of classroom vocabulary teaching.
