魏晋南北朝城市的粮食供应

魏晋南北朝时期,由于社会的持续动荡和战乱频仍等多方面的原因,大量的国家编户为了生存的需要而离开乡村,进入城市以求得庇护,使得城市的粮食供应遭遇很大困难。粮食安全成为关乎一个政权生死存亡的重大问题。在这种情况下,各个政权根据当时的实际,纷纷制定自己的粮食政策,采取强有力的手段保障粮食安全,通过各种有效的方式满足京都和地方城市的粮食供应。

Provisionment of the Cities in the Wei, Jin and the Northern and Southern Dynasties

The people suffered great disruption because of constant social turbulence and frequent wars in the Wei,Jin and the Northern and Southern Dynasties.A large number of them moved into cities to seek for shelters and thus made the provisionment of cities very difficult.It became a life-and-death problem for the then regimes,which worked out effective policies to ensure provisionment of the capitals and cities.
