俄罗斯民主进程中的市民社会

民主政治的发展需要有制度性的东西来作保障,但也离不开相应的社会基础———市民社会,俄罗斯在由高度集中的中央集权转向自由民主制的过程中,在很短的时间内就建立了所谓自由民主的政治制度层面的东西,但它恰恰缺少了强大的市民社会作为基础,这无疑会影响俄的民主进程。
