中学生考试焦虑的发展

采用随机整群的方法取样对初一至高三的中学生进行考试焦虑的测查,结果发现(1)考试焦虑存在明显的年级主效应,其中初三和高三的学生的考试焦虑明显高于其他年级;(2)考试焦虑男女有异,女生焦虑高于男生;(3)各年级均有考试焦虑程度偏高的学生.提示我们对个别同学的心理调适及考前心理辅导必不可少.

Variations of Secondary School Students' Anxiety About Examination

We tested the anxiety of secondary school students about their examinatioon from junior first year to senior third year. . We used the method of casual sampling from whole group.and discovered that: (1) There existed evident year group effect in students' anxiety about examination. The anxiety of junior third year and senior third year students was clearly higher than that of students of other year groups. (2) There existed difference between male students and female students. The anxiety of female students was higher than that of male students. (3) In every year group there were some students whose anxiety was higher than that of average students. The result shows that it is absolutely necessary to adjust the psychology of certain students and to conduct psychological coaching for them before examination.
