国会研究:美国研究的新支点

美国国会是美国民主制度的基石。冷战结束以后 ,国会在美国对外政策 ,包括中美关系、两岸关系中扮演了越来越重要的角色。把握美国国会及美国国内政治 ,成为美国研究与中美关系研究的重中之重。本文系统地总结了美国学者对国会的研究视角与研究方法 ,以及中国大陆与台湾地区对美国国会研究的现状与问题 ,提出了分析当代美国国会与中美关系发展的两个角度与分析方法 ,以期为我国的国会学与美国学研究提供新的思路与见解

U.S.Research on: New Pivot Point of American Studies

The U.S. Congress is the core of the U.S. political system. Since the end of the Cold War, the Congress has been influencing American foreign policy greatly, including Sino U.S. relations and cross Strait relations. The studies on U.S. Congress and American domestic politics play a crucial role in American studies and studies on Sino U.S. relations. This paper puts forward a framework of studies on U.S. Congress and Sino U.S. relations by analyzing systematically the Congressional studies in America and China.
