| 摘 要： | 高校就业工作的开展需要有专业化、职业化的队伍作为人力保障。通过对河南高校就业指导队伍现状和就业工作人员培养需求的调研分析，指出我省高校就业指导队伍建设中存在的问题，对就业指导队伍的培养策略和培养模式进行了探索。

| Abstract: | The university employment work needs a professional team as human security. Based on the survey and analysis of the present colleges' training situation and requirement development,we conclude the training modes in practice in this paper. According to the principle that requirement deciding developing ,we grope for the cultivated model of employment guidance team with the idea of innovation and scientific progress. |
