摘    要:教育的公共性是指教育是一种涉及社会共同利益、影响社会整体的事物。只有把其放到公共政策的语境下进行解读和透视,才能真正地实现教育的公平,才能建构起符合社会发展要求和主体人充分发展愿景的教育公平体系。教育的公共性特点决定了教育应受到公共政策的干预与调节,而公共政策干预与调节的重要目的之一就是为了实现教育真正的公平。

Abstract:The commonality of education refers to that education involves common interests of the community and influences the community as a whole. Only by interpreting and viewing it under the context of public policy, could the equality of education be achieved, and then an equal education system meeting requirements of the development of both society and people be constructed. The characteristic of commonality of education decides that education should be intervened and regulated by public policy, one of the important aims of which is to achieve the true equality of education.
