| 摘 要： | 随着国家职能的扩充 ,行政执法已成为当代社会最经常的行政现象。本文紧密联系我国社会主义法治建设的进程 ,从理论和实践的角度围绕行政执法体制的法治化、行政执法行为的法治化、行政执法监督的法治化以及行政执法者的文明素质等方面 ,探讨了实现行政执法法治化、确保依法行政的制度选择。

| Abstract: | With national function being strengthened, administrative enforcement of law has been rather widespread ,It's relation with the effect of implementing law and rule,decided social authority of law.According to the schedule of constructing our socialist law,the writer discusses the problem how to standardize the system and action of administative enforcement of law,tries to provide a kind of system selection of administrative enforcement of law. |
