| 摘 要： | 生态移民是建设高度生态文明的重大举措,是贫困地区人民脱贫致富、建设社会主义新农村的重要途径;建设社会主义新农村也为贫困地区经济和社会发展提供了历史机遇。通过对生态移民的概念、目标和类型的定义和分类,分析了生态移民与社会主义新农村建设的关系,最后提出了实施生态移民工程的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Ecological emigration is momentous move in the course of constructing highly developed ecological civilization.It is an important approach to help the people in the depressed area shake off poverty and become wealthy and to construct socialist new country.The construction of socialist new country provides a historic opportunity to develop the economy and society of the depressed area.This paper first defines the term ecological emigration and the target and classifies the term.Then it analyzes relationship between ecological emigration and the construction of socialist new country.Lastly it puts forward some measures to carry out the ecological emigration project. |
