| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治制度是中国共产党人坚持把马克思主义民族理论与中国的具体实际相结合的科学抉择，是被实践证明了的符合中国国情和族情的一项基本政治制度。它在保障各少数民族的民主权利和促进各民族共同发展繁荣等方面发挥着巨大的无与伦比的作用，是中国共产党的一项伟大创举。而它之所以具有如此影响力，则是因为它无处不体现社会和谐的思想；无处不体现中国传统文化与时代精神的有机结合。

| Abstract: | The regional national autonomy system is a scientific decision - making that CCP members adhere to combining Marxist national theory with China＇s concrete reality, and is a basic political system proven to be adaptable to China＇s national situation and ethnic situation as well. It plays an immensely unparalleled role in safeguarding each minority＇s democratic rights and promoting the common prosperity of each nationality, which becomes a great pioneering undertaking by the Chinese Communist Party. This immense influence is attributed to the omnipresent socialist harmonious thinking, and the omnipresent organic unity of traditional Chinese culture with the time spirit. |
