对我国粮食安全问题的思考

影响我国粮食安全的因素主要表现在六个方面:粮食消费增长与耕地量减质降的趋势不会改变;水资源短缺且时空分布不均匀,农田灌溉危机频生,作物生长环境恶化;粮食生产比较效益太低,农业投入不足,城乡差距不断扩大,农民种粮积极性严重受挫;粮食直补政策实施过程中存在一些不容忽视的问题;粮食流通体制不健全;粮食储备制度不完善。因此,必须建立我国粮食安全保障体系。

The factor affecting our country food security shows mainly in the field of six.Grain consumption increases by and the trend that amounts cultivated land subtraction quality conquers can not change;Water resource shortage and space-time scatter unevenly,the field irrigation crisis frequency life,the crop growth environment worsen;Grain produces parallel beneficial result very low,the agricultural input is insufficient,the city and countryside gap expands unceasingly,peasant kind of grain enthusiasm is baffled gravely;Grain fills up policy straightly putting the problem we cannot afford to overlook there existing a few in process middle into practice;The grain circulation system is faulty;A grain reserve system does not improve and perfect.Therefore,must build our country food security guarantee system.
