| 摘 要： | 重视和加强学生工作，培养高素质的医学专门人才，是高等医学院校学生工作的核心。文章从学生工作现实需要出发，试行学生辅导员助理制度，并在制度、培训、管理和激励等方面采取积极有效的措施，加强辅导员助理队伍建设，使之成为学生思想政治教育工作队伍的有益补充。
