大学生“村官”的作用机理探析——以首届“中国十佳大学生‘村官’”为例

选聘高校毕业生到农村任职，是党中央作出的一项重要决策，对于社会主义新农村建设和培养一代新人具有长远的战略意义。在全面了解和解读首届“中国十佳大学生‘村官’”事迹的基础上，指出：“扎根农村、奉献社会”的坚定信念，是大学生“村官”发挥作用的前提；把村民当作根本，融入农村是大学生“村官”发挥作用的关键；立足服务“三农”，是大学生“村官”发挥作用的核心所在；理想与现实相结合、理论知识与农村实践相结合是大学生“村官”发挥作用的根本方法。

Undergraduate Village Leaders' Working Mechanism: A Case Study of the "First Ten Top Village Leaders in China"

Encouraging undergraduates to work in the countryside as village leaders after graduation is an important policy made by CPC Central Committee. Such a policy is of great strategic importance for the construction of a socialist countryside and the growing-up of the new generation. Based on the deeds of the ＂First Ten Top Village Leaders in China＂ released on December 28, 2008, this paper summarizes the working mechanism of successful village leaders. It holds that a firm belief, the love of the peasants, devotion to the countryside, and combination of ideal and reality, theory and practice are respectively the precondition, crucial factor, core and methods for their success.
