摘    要:教学质量是高等学校办学水平最直接的体现。师资水平、生源质量、教学设施、教学管理水平等是影响教学质量的几大要素。但教学水平的高低并不完全取决于这些要素,师生关系的好坏在教学中发挥着非常重要甚至更为重要的作用。

Abstract:Teaching quality is the most direct symbol of the level of running a university. Teachers, students, establishment, management are all the important factors to university' s teaching quality, but the teaching level is decided by those more than them,the relationship between teachers and students is more important indeed for it . So harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the key factor to improve teaching quality in universities.
