| 摘 要： | 农村科技服务体系是传播农业技术的重要载体，是提高农民科学文化素质、发展农村经济的根本保证。吉林省农村科技服务体系已初现端倪，对农业发展起到了重要的作用，但仍不适应农村新形势发展的需要。本文依据吉林省现行的农业技术推广体系现状，主要研究了建设新型农村科技服务体系的基本原则和主要对策。

| Abstract: | Rural scientific and technological service system is an important carrier in popularizing agricultural technology, a essential qurantee of improving farmers＇ scientific and cultural quality and developing rural economy. Rural scientific and technological service system in Jilin province has already begun. To some extent, it has promoted agricultural development, but it still cannot fully satisfy the demands of the new development in the rural area. On the basis of the current situtaions of the agro-tech popularizing system being promoted, basic principles and major countermeasures are studied in this paper. |
