亚硫酸钠中痕量铅的原子吸收测定

摘    要:用APDC-DDTC-MIBK-环已烷体系萃取Na_2SO_3中的铅,并利用空气-乙炔火焰测定其含量。建立了优化的萃取和测定条件,并对可能存在的元素进行了干扰实验。结果测出分析纯的Na_2SO_3中铅含量为2.3mg·L~(-1),食品保鲜剂中铅含量为0.15mg·L~(-1)。本方法的相对标准偏差(D_(RS))为2·4%左右,回收率接近99%。

Abstract:Lead in Na2SO3 is extracted with systems of APDC-UUTC-MIBK-cyclohexane and determined with air-ethyne flame method. Optimal extraction and determination conditions are established , and some nterfering elements are also studied.The results show that concentrations of lead in AR grade Na2SO3 and in food protecting agent are 2.3mg-L-1 and 0.15mg-L-1, respectively. The relative standard deviation (DRS) of this method is about 2.4%, and the rate of recovery is close to 99%.
