刘向《列女传》中的女性角色规范

据刘向《列女传》可知汉代婚姻女性在夫家扮演了三种不同角色:为人妻的贞顺、为人母的才德和对公婆的孝敬。刘向明确了女性在婚姻中的使命与责任,提出了贞、才、德、孝的角色要求,在一定程度上有利于家庭和谐、子女成长和社会稳定。但他男尊女卑的主导思想,过分强调了女性单方面的责任和规范,给后世婚姻中的女性套上了一道残酷的思想枷锁。

The Female Character Standards in Liu Xiang's "Biography of Women"

According to Liu Xiang's "Biography of Women",we know that married woman in the Han Dynasty played three different roles in the husband's homes.As a wife she must be loyal and obedient,as a mother she must be talented and ethical.She should also take care of the mom-in-law personalities.Liu Xiang made clear the mission of women in marriage and responsibility.To a certain extent,it is beneficial to family harmony,children's growth and social stability.But he emphasised on the unilateral responsibility of women and norms too much.In later ages,women got caught up in a brutal ideological shackles.
