德性伦理与企业伦理

企业伦理不能化约为个人伦理,但包含德性伦理。德性伦理以行为者的德性为核心,以其幸福为目标指向。企业伦理既包括规范伦理,也包括德性伦理,其中德性伦理是企业家和员工所应具备的经济美德,其德性观、实践论视野、团体论视野、幸福观和成功观都有力地支持着企业伦理,但德性伦理还需要规范伦理作为副本,才能有效地发挥作用。

Virtue Ethic and Business Ethic

Business ethic can＇t be interpreted as personal ethic, but it contains virtue ethic. The core of virtue ethic is people＇s morality in practice, and the goal of which is people＇s happiness. Business ethic is the moral basis of enterprises＇ existence and development, and also it is the expression of ethics attributes of market economy in enterprises. Business ethic includes both normative ethic and virtue ethic, and virtue ethic is economic morality that should he possessed by entrepreneurs and staff. The characters of virtue ethic, which includes moral view, practice and group views, happiness and success outlook, etc., supports business ethic effectively. Meanwhile, normative ethic is very important to guarantee virtue ethic to function effectively.
