产业集群是一种经济地理现象或实践经验,又可看作一类产业空间组织或经济理论模式;我们可能将它用作区域经济发展战略,更应把它作为认识区域经济的思维方法,即产业集群是把区域经济视为相互依赖的企业和机构的地理集聚的经济系统的一种方法。随着贵州改革开放步伐的不断加快,我省的药业中小企业经历了一个从无到有、不断壮大的发展历程。然而就目前而言,我省的药业中小企业形成产业集群的某些结构变化背景,但还未形成产业集群。

It possibly serves as the regional economic development strategy. Furthermore, it should be regarded as the method to know the regional economy, namely the industrial duster is regarded as one economic system method which in terdependent the.enterprise and the organization geography gathers. However the structural changes backgrounds of the SMEs are undergoing a difficult period. So far they have not formed the industrial clusters. This article embarks the reason why the industrial cluster can not be formed and puts some pro posal to develop the SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in pharmaceutical industry of Guizhou Province.
