软袋物料的全自动装箱机改进设计

介绍了一种用于全自动装箱机改进的叠层装置方案。该方案采用伺服电机驱动的循环旋转叠层装置替代传统的由气缸驱动的往复翻转叠层装置，很好地解决了生产过程中由于出现连包、包间距小、包装物尺寸及速度异常情况而造成夹包现象，从而彻底的解决由于夹包而造成的包装物每次叠落的数量异常问题，即通常所说的多包少包。目前该方案已在公司开发的新型装箱机生产线中得到广泛应用。

Improvement Design of Automatic Packing Machine Used for Soft Package

This article introduced improvement laminated device, which is used in automatic packing machine. In this new method, the consecutive flip laminated device driven by servo motor is instead of the traditional reciprocating laminated device driven by cylinder. Thus well solves the problem of failure of arranging packages, which is caused by continuous package, minimal distance, unusual package size and speed of the package. Now this device is used widely in the new automatic packing machine developed by our company.
