| 摘 要： | 档案作为一种十分重要的知识信息资源,其本质是一种潜在的生产力,做好档案工作、发展档案事业、就能把潜在的生产力发挥出来。现代社会的飞速发展,不仅产生了纷繁复杂的档案材料,也对档案管理提出了更新、更高的要求。档案工作者必须认识到档案信息资源的重要作用,不断提高个人素质,改进和发展档案工作,充分发挥档案在社会中心工作中的服务作用。

| Abstract: | As important information resources,archives are,in essence,latent productive forces.Doing archives work well and developing the archives undertaking can bring the latent productive forces into full play.The rapid development of modern society has not only produced numerous and complicated archives materials,but also made new and higher demands on archives management.Therefore,archives workers must understand the significance of archives information resources,constantly improve their quality and better archives work,so as to give full play to the service role of achives in the central task of the society. |
