| 摘 要： | 多元文化主义(multiculturalism)作为西方关注民族文化多样性、关注弱势群体、主张尊重差异、追求民族文化多元共存与社会和谐的重要思潮对当代世界有着普遍的借鉴意义.其理由在于一是实践证明多元文化主义在促进民族文化多元共存与创建和谐社会方面有着不可否认的社会治理功能;二是多元文化主义所关注的民族文化多样性问题和弱势群体问题成为世界各国与国际社会普遍关注的重大问题.
