| Abstract: | This paper starts from the necessity of the monitoring and evaluation of the reward and assistance system for partial rural families that comply with family planning regulations and systemically analysis the content and methods of the monitoring and evaluation.Based on the theory of social policy and practical needs,this paper has given some suggestions for the constructing the mechanism of monitoring and evaluation for this system. |
