| 摘 要： | 从艾滋病病毒检测的伦理原则出发，分析在医疗机构由医务人员主动提供的对所有病人进行咨询和检测（PITC）的价值，提出在当前社会歧视广泛存在的形势和医疗机构、医务人员缺乏对伦理守则遵守的前提下，应慎重实施扩大检测。以免加剧社会歧视。

| Abstract: | According to the moral principle of AIDS virus examination, the author not only analyzes the value of PITC （ provider - initiated HIV testing and counseling） for the patients which offered by doctors in the medical institution, based on the current situation of doctors scarcely follow the moral principle and the social discrimination widely exists, he but also proposes that we should cautiously carry out enlarging the examination, in this case. we can avoid intensifying social discrimination. |
