高校贫困生资助工作的育人效能研究

高校贫困生资助工作已越来越受到重视,国家相继出台了一系列资助政策,高校也基本形成了多元化的资助体系。但是,随着社会经济的发展,新时期的高校贫困生呈现出一系列自有特点,高校资助工作的育人效能发挥也不尽如人意。因此,高校资助工作必须始终坚持助困与育人相结合,通过有目的有针对性的思想政治教育和心理健康教育,充分发挥资助工作的育人功能,真正实现贫困生的健康、全面发展。

The Research about Educational Effectiveness of the Funded Work for the Poor College Students

As the poor college students’financial assistance has been paid more and more attention,our country has issued a series of subsidy policies accordingly.The university has basically formed a diversified financial aid system.However,with the development of social and economic,nowadays,the poor college students show a series of their own characteristics.The educational efficiency of the funded work for the poor college students is less than satisfactory.Therefore,the college’s funded work must combine subsidizing consistently the poor students with educating them.By educating ideologically and psychologically on purpose,we can make the most of the educational function of the subsidy work.Thus,we can really realize the poor students’healthy and all-sided development.
