| 摘 要： | 儒家《四书》中蕴含着丰富的保障民生思想,其表现为保民养民和富民两个层面,其中还包括保障社会弱势群体的民生。《四书》保障民生的措施有实行德治、保证生产、薄税敛等内容。《论语》保障民生的"养民说"使周初以来的保民、养民思想有了可操作;性《大学》首次提出了发展经济的"生财之道;"《中庸》增加了"来百工"、"柔远人"等发展生产、增加劳动人手等社会政治措;施《孟子》保障民生思想最突出的是"制民之产"所规定的"五亩之宅"、"百亩之田"。《四书》保障民生思想是以人类家庭的血缘亲情行为和血缘亲情伦理比附、论证国家对民众的社会政治行为和社会政治伦理。

| Abstract: | Ensuring people's livehood is the core content of Four Book,mainly embodies in protecting,supporting and enriching people.It also includes ensuring the lives of the disadvantaged Groups of society.All ensuring measures in Four Books include Implementing policies beneficial to people,ensuring production and reducing tax,etc.The ideology demonstrate the country's social political behaviour and moral on its people through making a comparison between the behaviour and moral of family's consanguinity. |
