高职院校思想政治教育工作改革与创新

思想政治教育是高职院校教育工作的重要环节,对学生树立正确的人生观、价值观起到不可估量的作用。社会经济的快速发展和社会转型期的鲜明特点,对当前高职院校思想政治教育工作提出了新的要求,故要对思想教育工作进行改革和创新:对学生人性的充分肯定,对学生的智慧和潜能进行正确引导与开发,使之对自由与秩序、公平与正义满怀信心和追求,从而调动他们的积极性,最大限度地激发其创造力,成为构建社会主义和谐社会,推动社会协调发展的重要力量。
