教育公平视域下高等教育收费问题的思考

我国高等教育收费制度的实行引发了人们关于教育公平问题的思考。高等教育收费可以扩大教育资源，增加人们接受高等教育的机会，从整体和长远看来有利于教育公平的实现。但是教育的个人支付成本越来越昂贵，高等教育收费给低收入家庭学生顺利完成学业带来困难，亦给教育公平带来了不利的影响。建立学费标准听证会制度、营造良好的资助政策、采取差别学费政策的有力措施，可以将各种不利因素的影响降至最低，使高等教育收费制度不断发展、完善，更接近公平。

Reflections on Tuition Charge of Higher Education from the Perspective of Educational Equity

The establishment of tuition-charging system in higher education has set off thinking about educational equity in our country. Tuition in higher education can expand the educational resources and afford students more opportunities to receive higher education. And it will contribute to educational equity in the long run. But the expense of education paid by individuals has increased. This may make it difficult for those from low-income families to pay their expenses through the university and exert negative influence on the establishment of educational equity. In order to better the tuition-charging system, a hearing system should be established for settlement of tuition standards, and a sound pohcy of sponsorship and discriminating tuition charge should also be adopted.
