高校实验技术人员职业自我效能感初探

As reforms have been introduced in the college personnel system and more exacting demands made upon employees, the educational qualification of laboratory technicians has also been improved. Therefore, emphasis should be laid on the improvement of laboratory technicians＇ career self-efficacy instead of the improvement of the external environment and their educational qualification. Only in this way will they become the master of their own career development and realize that they can qualify themselves for their jobs and improve the quality of their life if they endeavor to reinforce their skills and update their knowledge.
