我国的食品质量安全现状分析

摘    要:目前,我国的食品质量安全问题十分严峻,严重威胁着广大消费者的健康和生命,同时也极大地影响了我国的食品出口。食品生产和销售过程中存在诸多安全隐患,食品质量监测和监管体系的不健全是造成我国食品质量安全问题的主要原因。只有切实建立和完善相应的法律法规,加快现有食品卫生标准的修订步伐,建立健全食品安全检测体系,完善食品污染物监测网,制定食品主动召回制度,才有可能从根本上解决我国的食品质量安全问题。

Abstract:At present, the problem of our country's food safety is very serious, and it threatens customer' s health and lives, at the same time affects our country's food export. In the course of food production and sale exist a lot of hidden safety troubles. Distemperedness of food quality supervise system is the main reason of our country's food quality safety problem. Problem of our country's food quality safety may be solved radically through establishing and perfecting corresponding laws, quickening the existent food sanitary standards revision , establishing and completing the system of food safety examination, perfecting supervise net of food contamination and establishing the food initiative recall system.
